helpful staff great location unprofessional handling missing item
the staff was very helpful and kind. they allowed us a late checkout so our baby could sleep comfortably (which was a lifesaver). the location is also great for exploring the area on foot.
housekeeping lacked attention to detail. an essential item was missing from the room and the handling of it was unprofessional (they tried to charge me for it!). no one followed up , and the apology at checkout felt insufficient.

convenient location high quality
The location is central, a convenience i greatly value (i often rely on public transport). breakfast was high quality. It was generous too.
the air conditioning in my room did not seem to function as effectively as i would have liked.

The room was immaculate. It was a studio king suite city view. the design was excellent. breakfast was fine. The selection was expansive.
I checked out after a two night stay. I was disappointed. the communications promised an really good experience. They wished to delight. the reality was snobbish staff. the attitude lacked customer centric service.
